Deep-Dive Eligibility Logic

The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH) enforces strict criteria for safety. Here is the technical breakdown.

1. The "Aadhaar-Faceless" Rule

Eligibility is now tied to Aadhaar Authentication. If your Aadhaar bio-metrics or mobile link is expired, you are technically "Ineligible" for the online faceless route, regardless of age.

2. The 1-Year LMV Rule

To apply for a Transport Driving License, you must prove that you have held a valid LMV (Private) license for at least one continuous year. This is a non-negotiable legal block in the Sarathi 4.0 system.

3. Physical Standard 1A

If you are applying for a commercial category or are above 40, a Medical Certificate (Form 1A) issued by a registered medical practitioner is mandatory. Vision standards must meet 6/6 in at least one eye.
